JULIAN GOMEZ VILLAFANE

Raised in Esquel, Patagonia, Julian has been in love with bikes since he first saw one. He spends all his time in the outdoors, skiing, biking and climbing, and is a certified ski instructor. He climbed to the summit of Aconcagua twice.

Julian moved in 2004 to San Jose, California, where he became a technician for ABSL Construction, a highway construction company. He lives there with his wife and daughters most of the year, while spending the summers at home in Argentina.

He learned the trails of the Santa Cruz Mountains in the Bay Area on his bike and became friends with great mountain bikers there who later introduced him to cyclocross. He now he races with them on the Buy-Cell.com team.

Julian has a passion for food and drink, and likes to practice the fine art of traditional Argentine asado.

 
 
MARCOS FERRO

Born in Argentina, 1982. Raised in Patagonia and since 2004 based in México. Since he's memory, Marcos has been close to the adventure world. Just riding his bike to school every day or even later, when he discovered rock climbing in his "backyard". Three years later he started experimenting with a borrowed camera while getting deeper in the adventure world.

During his career as a professional photographer he's shot in remote and wild places and worked with elite athletes.

He constatly contributes with his work to the editorial market in México and worlwide. Also, his images had been published by brands such as Red Bull, Canon, Singing Rock, Petzl, Yamaha, Merrel.....

In the sports fiels he has done several adventure races and got into the ultrarunning world in the last years.
